Actually as we say "prevention is better than cure", so before casting of concrete itself we should take utmost care in shuttering and other aspects of concrete like water cement ration, slump and proper vibration.
If sometimes accidentally such repairs occurs, we have ready to use concrete mixes like patchroc from fosroc or patchfix from bostik. Both the products has given excellent results when used with SBR.
